I can hardly believe it, it seems like just yesterday he was padding around the yard in footie pajamas, oh wait, that was yesterday! He is such a nice kid, friendly, funny and kind.
He has taught me a lot, and makes me laugh everyday. He is always eager to go for a bike ride, snuggle together to watch a movie, or play a game. He is super inquisitive, never afraid to ask about how things work and why things are the way they are, and what we can do about it. He loves to play sports, swims like a fish and runs like the wind. He is not a big talker, but I am often complemented about how insightful he is.
He is not big on cleaning up after himself, taking showers or doing homework. He is very creative and could entertain himself for HOURS with legos, string, and a roll of tape. We never know what his next invention will be.
As soon as I saw him, I knew our family was complete. I am truly blessed to call him my son, and look forward to seeing what he’ll do and who he’ll become. It is an honor to watch him change and grow, however to me, he will always be my sweet blue-eyed, bald baby boy.
